I was very particular about choosing a clock repair business to clean and service our 36-year-old Howard Miller Regulator Key wound wall clock. I bought this for my fiancé on her graduation from college and we were married 4 months later. It has been the heartbeat of our home ever since. Several years ago, we had the clock serviced by a local well-known clock repair business and it took over two months to have it returned, and even then, the chimes were never quite right. About a year ago, the clock started chiming about 45 minutes early and eventually, it stopped chiming altogether. I checked ratings of local businesses who advertised repair of Howard Miller clocks and many were no longer in business. Not only did they get the job done on time, but the clock is now running and sounding better than it has in over 20 years! Peter answered all of our questions, taught us how to take care of our grandfather father clock, and got it up and running quickly. He handled our treasured family heirloom with great care. The repair was prompt and for a very reasonable fee. The service was even curbside both when dropping off and picking up. The clock is very special to us. It’s 53 years old and we wanted it in good hands. The repair was excellent!!
